Okay, I visited many people in Calgary almost many spas… but I need to be loud about Ella. SHE is my massage therapist for the past two year.
Incredibly knowledgeable and powerful. She is not for the weak for sure. She knows where to press harder. She is a gem in AB. I don’t think there is a person to massage better than her.
If you are stuck mentally and stressed at work which shows as pain in your body. Trust Ella. I can’t say enough how grateful i am to meet her. God bless her skills and her professionalism 💞
Trey was the best RMT I have ever experienced. I’ve never felt so understood and seen about my pain. He knew exactly what treatment I needed and worked the knots for a solid 90 mins. There was no filler massage or relaxation components what so ever. He hurt me but in a good way lol. The room itself was comfortable and welcoming. My only complain is that I don’t live closer, I would be a weekly patient!
My wife booked me a 90-minute massage with Ella that coincidentally happened on a day that I strained my back doing squats in the morning. The massage was excellent; I've never had such immediate and acute relief from muscle pain from a massage before. Ella can also bring the pressure! Though she was continually checking for feedback that it was the right amount and not too hard. She had a very intuitive feel for what needed work. I would strongly recommend her!
From start to finish, Trey made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the massage. His technique is exceptional, with just the right balance of pressure and precision. You can tell he truly understands the body and takes the time to focus on problem areas with care and attention to detail, as well advising on breathing throughout the high pressure parts of the massage.
Trey’s skill and commitment to providing an excellent experience make him one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I highly recommend.
Bo Yu was very kind, professional and skilled. He explained every step of the massage before moving to different parts of my body. I really felt refreshed after my 90 min massage. The clinic was clean, cozy and organized. I highly recommend this place!
