It was my first time here and if I lived in the province and wasnt only here for a visit I would definitely come back! Mary was extremely helpful and kind while handling mine and my fiancés appointment. There was a small mix-up with our booking time, but she resolved it very quickly and was so pleasant about it and made everything feel comfortable right away. The massage I got was probably one of the most relaxing I've ever had. I actually fell asleep! She checked in on the pressure so I never felt uncomfortable. I'd never had a Chinese face massage before, but she offered one as part of the treatment, explaining how it's good for the eyes and helps improve their appearance. It was so soothing, and left feeling really refreshed. Highly recommend Mary if you want to be taken care of and feel totally peaceful.

I had a massage with Eri Nakamura yesterday, and she did an excellent job. She was very professional, attentive, and made sure I felt completely relaxed throughout the session. Her technique was amazing — she really focused on the areas that needed attention and relieved so much tension. I left feeling refreshed and re-energized. Highly recommend Eri if you’re looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist!

My first time at Why Knot today with the lovely Mary Jin Mu. I wanted a relaxation massage and Mary explained to me that she would give me a combination Chinese and Swedish relaxation treatment. Different from the norm, I thoroughly enjoyed a style of massage new to me. She works more with long sweeps along the length of your limbs and while her movements are sometimes gentle, her hands are very strong. I will book her again.

I had a wonderful first massage at Why Knot today. It was combination of deep tissue, trigger point and relaxation resulting in a great first experience. Kara Svy was very in tune with what my body needed and I was very impressed with her knowledge amd technique. Can’t wait to go back!

Sandeep was a thoughtful, thorough and effective massage therapist. He took the time to understand my particular back, neck and hips issues and adjusted the massage accordingly. He was strong but not too strong, and modulated the intensity depending on what was comfortable for me. I'll be back again when I need more sports massage maintenance!
