Arcadian seton has welcoming, friendly and customer oriented front desk staff. Ilyn is a great masseuse. To say she has magic hands will not be an exaggeration. She takes time to listen and understand your issue, suggest the best course of treatment which was refreshing . You can tell she loves her job. Overall great experience!

Ilyn was very good of what she does as a massage practitioner, she is super trained, very knowledgeable, she has a professional mindset, extremely patient and she’s very good on communicating. Other than my body felt rejuvenated I also felt that my muscles were renewed and lighter again like a feather. Furthermore, she’s also provided advice and helpful suggestions regarding how to treat my body and food intakes. Ilyn also understood my situation and already has a solution for it with a few tips. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed with her performance and I’m definitely considering of coming back to Ilyn for another massage treatment. Thank you and Keep up the good work. 🙂

Today I attended their healthcare worker appreciation event and had a lovely (free) 60 minute massage. The facility was very clean and relaxing upon entering. I was instantly greeted, offered slippers and walked to the waiting room with refreshments. Zach was my RMT and he provided an excellent deep tissue massage. After answering a few questions at the beginning, he addressed the areas with care and thoroughness. He used plenty of hot towels and checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable. I felt very well taken care of. They even had a cute little goodie bag to take home. I highly recommend getting a massage with Zach and I will be back!

I booked a massage for me and my daughter on Saturday. reception was so kind and helping, she explained everything throughly and also kindly offered me the couples room to be close to my daughter she went above and beyond for us and the hospitality didnt go unnoticed. she was brown hair and cute dimples thank u. massage therapist kindly escorted my daughter to play room after to give me more relaxing atmosphere, best experience ever!
