Had an amazing first ever facial with emeline a week back. I got the detoxifying facial that was 90 minutes, I needed it! She explained everything before the procedure and went over my home care prior to starting so she could individualize my treatment. The whole time I was in heaven! I said it takes a lot of skill to give someone basically a full back massage WHILE IM LAYING on my back 😂. She was so skilled, professional, even when she was squeezing my pores she checked up on me. I was glowing after! She then recommended some products and it's been about 1.5 weeks since I started using them and I'm seeing amazing results. The products were expensive but you use a small amount and it'll last a while, it's worth it for the amazing ingredients, my skin is really responding to my new skincare. She even explained we have to start putting natural things on our face as we absorb everything into our body. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable for my first facial ❤️

The atmosphere was very aesthetic. My partner and I loved our La Palma Calma massage from Alessandra and Brandy. We regret not to get the 90 mins. However, we’re just a bit disappointed with the receptionist on duty. The moment we walked-in we never felt welcome, it was very odd for a spa actually even we finished the massage, we were never asked how was the experience or offered a water. She just simply does her thing with the computer without even give us heads up that she’s processing our payment/ health insurance. We even ask her if are we good to go because there’s no really an interaction. But regardless of that experience, we still want to give 5 stars because of the two ladies who really work hard from what we really came for, to relax. We just hoped that the team/management also worked on to their being hospitable/welcoming and their clients in the reception.

Michelle Lopez at La Palma Spa is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge and skill truly show in every session. No wonder she’s my go-to for myself and all my children as well - we always leave feeling cared for and refreshed. Highly recommend booking with Michelle!

I really love the staff here. The front staff are always kind and helpful. I've had massages and I've done the acupuncture with Dr. Wing Man Yim. And I would strongly recommend both.

I had a massage with Alessandra today, and it was fantastic. I’ve been holding so much tension in my shoulders and neck lately; she knew exactly how to help. She used the perfect amount of pressure, focused on the right areas, and alternated sides while the cupping worked its magic. The space itself is very clean, calm, and extremely relaxing. I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Highly recommend Alessandra!
