Leela Eco Spa - Beltline

This is my favorite location! I got a 60-minute custom facial today from Ann and it was so incredibly relaxing. She even included an arm, scalp and neck massage! I've only ever booked with Ann for the past few years, she's incredible! She's also very knowledgeable and talks you through each step (what products she's using, etc.) Love this location, love Anne, please book your facials with her - you will have no regrets :) Oh - also, it was Wine Wednesday and got a free glass of wine afterwards!

Shawn Marie is a remarkable RMT she’s so incredibly talented knows exactly where to find all my knots. I always leave feeling so much better. I highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you again Shawn Marie 🫶🏼

I had a great experience as usual —the massage was excellent, the space was clean and calming, and the staff were very professional. Definitely one of the better spots in the city for a relaxing treatment. That said, I do wish they were more transparent about their pricing. The weekend rate is higher ($136 vs. $120 on weekdays), but this wasn’t mentioned when booking or at check-in. It would help to have that communicated more clearly upfront. Still, the quality of service makes it worth visiting—I’ll just be sure to confirm the rate in advance next time!

The people who actually provided the services (facial and massage) were fantastic. However, there were two issues with my visit: 1) The robes were uncomfortably small for me (size 12) and that was extremely weird and funny. I think I’m a pretty standard sized person. 2) More importantly, our massage was delayed because they were running late, which was fine. And the front desk assured me I wouldn’t be charged for a full hour because I only received a 45-min massage. But, I checked the claim on my benefits and it was for the full hour. The discussion at the desk was also funny. Reception: “So, because we started late, we will only be charging you for a 45-min massage.” Me: “Uh, well, I should hope so?” In my opinion, it would have been more appropriate to discount the other services. Instead, I was charged for more than I received. Yikes, dude.

I have been to all of the eco spa locations and each one is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to take care of you, to help you destress, and create the perfect environment for you to forget about all your worries. The noise level from the staff and other guests is next to nothing. The massage here is heavenly!!!! Whether you’re super tight or coming in to just simply relax they truly cater to YOU. They create an experience that makes you want to keep coming back for more. All the massage therapist are amazing at what they do and ensure you leave with any of your issues completely gone.
