After years of searching, I've finally found the best massage therapist and have been going to see her for a few years now! Jasmine is an absolute miracle worker. She has an incredible ability to find the root cause of pain even in places you don't realize are connected. Her deep knowledge of muscles and her intuitive touch make her sessions incredibly effective. I leave every appointment feeling completely realigned and without a doubt, she's an essential part of my self care routine!

⚠️ Alert Regarding Couples Massage Experience My husband and I first visited Moyo Spa for a couples massage a few years ago and had a truly wonderful experience. Since then, I have been a regular client and have always enjoyed the services provided. Recently, we decided to return for another couples massage and, as expected, the treatment itself was excellent. One of the main reasons we chose Moyo again is because of the convenience of having a private shower inside the massage room, which we have always appreciated. However, following our massage and shower, we had an unpleasant encounter. As we were leaving the room, another staff member knocked on the door and immediately began scolding us for using the shower. She stated that shower time needed to be booked separately when making the appointment and blamed us for delaying her next client. This was the first time we had ever heard of such a policy. Neither my husband nor I were informed about this requirement when scheduling our appointment, nor were we reminded at check-in or during our service. We explained this misunderstanding, but instead of addressing it with professionalism, she rushed us out of the room. When we proceeded to pay, the receptionist did not acknowledge the situation or offer any clarification until I specifically asked her to have the manager contact me. She assured me that the manager would reach out, but it has now been over a week without any follow-up. To summarize: • At no point during the booking process—either when my husband called or when I later rescheduled—were we asked if we wanted to reserve shower time. • At no point before, during, or after our service did anyone inform us that the shower required a separate booking. • Despite being a loyal, long-term client, our concerns were dismissed and we have yet to hear back from management. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given our previous positive history with the spa. The lack of clear communication and follow-up demonstrates poor customer service and disregard for loyal clients.

First time trying moyo for massage therapy and had a great experience!!

I've never had a pedicure. What a wonderful experience. My technician had been doing esthetic work for 20 years and did an amazing job.
