The Cave Sauna Day Spa

This was my first time going to anything like this and I can’t wait to go back, it’s a great experience. Calm, relaxing for body and mind and skin feels GREAT – minor aches and pains go away, and you feel bendy and loose and while it is very relaxing, you also feel energized. Customers are booked in 2hr time slots which is just the right amount of time to visit each of the offerings without worrying about the time; it passes surprisingly quickly. After a short tour for first timers, there’s a circuit of hot and cold treatments: the traditional Finnish sauna, a bucket of ice water – and yes, make yourself do it! At first I was sure I wouldn’t and I’m so glad I did – infrared sauna, eucalyptus steam, herbal inhalation room, Himalayan salt steam, surprisingly comfortable and relaxing heated tile loungers in the tepidarium and the Kneipp hydrotherapy where you massage your feet on river stones alternating between hot and cold water. I know you’ll enjoy the experience here and appreciate how good you feel afterwards. I’m pleased to recommend The Cave and look forward to going again.

It’s kind of unique quiet place for spa retreat. Finnish sauna is really hot (bench is a little bit creaky but if you don’t move it’s ok) and steam room is awesome!

Run! Don’t walk! This place is so worth your bang for your buck! Very relaxing! Many different options for rooms! To be honest I don’t think I got to use them all. Cold plunge definitely my favourite feature by all the eucalypt room was amazing! The massage chairs couldn’t get enough. I will definitely be a repeat offender to this place.

The Cave is a MUST if you are in the area! We rented out the entire spa for 2 hours, and it was worth every second. There are multiple rooms with different saunas and steam rooms, I loved the cold bucket - it was very refreshing and both steam rooms were fantastic. Staff was also very friendly!

What a wonderful experience at the Cave. Had a private session for 2 people and had the place to ourselves for 2 hours! You can move freely between the rooms for as long as you want in each.The salt inhalation room and the eucalyptus steam room were our favorites but all the rooms were beyond any expectations. The staff member was so kind and very helpful. I've been telling everyone they need to come here. It is so worth it!
