Good Energy Massage

Rude person at the front. Had to fight for receipt after she said they don’t accept Sunlife benefit plan. What (?!) Massage wasn’t great, it felt rushed and table was uncomfortable. Strange place with bars on the ceiling - I’m not sure what goes on there🤔 something felt off. Constant laughing and talking from the room next door- I couldn’t relax. Do not recommend.

Please learn how to take calls. I have never heard someone being this rude. How can you claim to have a wellness place? Your receptionist needs a head massage to calm down first.

I had a wonderful hour massage with Helen! She has excellent skills and worked out all my knots! I highly recommend! It is a nice new, place with well-appointed rooms. Everything is spotlessly clean with heated towels and oil and soothing music. A lovely shower afterward topped it off. Looking forward to my next visit!

Not impressed with the fact when I asked for receipt for insurance purpose. I was told, I should have said it prior to massage. Well, you are running your business and you should have followed the proper process by qualifying the client's needs. I was told she can't give receipt and i can have it on next visit. No, I'm not coming back next time. After arguing a bit, she gave me receipt. Paid cash and forcefully kept the change as tip.

Nice place for massage but staff insists on higher tips on top of hourly price.
