Dona is a fantastic massage therapist. Very thorough and I would recommend her to anyone. She has done two massage on my back arms neck and shoulders where I have had a lot of pain. After two visits I can feel the difference. Thank you Dona and I wish you well.

I have been going to Neha for physio for almost a year now. All of the staff including physiotherapist, assistants, reception, and massage therapist are all very friendly and I enjoy seeing them when I come in. They make everything very comfortable for me. They are very gentle and provide me with great advice and exercises to help with my neck, jaw, and back problems. They can get very busy at times but they are always on top of everything. They were also very helpful in explaining my MVA coverage to me when I have never experienced using it before. Thank you!

I see River for acupuncture, and I’m so grateful I found him. He’s an incredible listener who truly takes the time to understand what’s going on before each session. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their well-being. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better. Highly recommend!

I took my son to see a paediatric physiotherapist, Pranjali Khairmode. This will be long review, so short version is I never saw the therapist. Because 40 minutes past my appointment time, she was still not even in the building. Being that late and lying about ETA and her reason for being late is just being disrespectful and unprofessional. Details: I arrived at 945, as they requested I be there 10 min before to fill out forms for the 10am appointment. 1007, still sitting there waiting. That’s okay, 5-10 minutes can happen if they are busy. But this is when the receptionist informs me that the therapist is on their way but it’ll be another 15-20minutes… So she should be here around 10:20-10:30, not happy about it because it sounded like the receptionist called to see where she was first so the therapist didn’t even care but I’m thinking she’ll be here by 1030 latest. Well I’m already there, it took a lot for first time mom with 2 month old of planning and packing to be there so I wait. 1035, I asked if therapist is here yet, receptionist (I felt bad for the receptions) said no, so I told her I’m gonna go home then. I wanted to go home as it would get weird with his feeding timing and I wanted to be home around 11. (He has really bad reflux, so I feed him smaller amounts in shorter time frames to help with it). I proceed to strap my son back into the carseat. Receptionist calls the therapist, then lets me know she’ll be here in 10 minutes she’s just stuck in traffic. I was a little annoyed before that she was late but that really ticked me off. Traffic? That’s a pathetic excuse. At 1030ish in west residential area of Edmonton? No, there’s no traffic. Even if there were traffic/constructions whatever, google map is pretty darn accurate when it comes to predicting arrival time. Maybe off by few minutes at most. I had already waited beyond the initial 15-20minutes. Who knows how much longer this “10minutes” will be. She offered at home therapy, but at this point, I don’t even trust this therapist to take care of my son. So I left around 1040. If you expect people to not cancel their appointments last minute, and have people signing last minute cancellation and fee agreement paper, clients have every right to expect that their time will be respected as well. The appointment was supposed to be from 10-1030. She missed the whole appointment time.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. From day one, the staff have been nothing but accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind. When I first walked in crying from my very first back injury, Hemal immediately took me in as a walk-in and made me feel cared for and supported right away. Hemal was very kind and listened to me sob about my pain and it left a lasting impression on me. The team was truly compassionate. Now with my current back injury, I continue to be so grateful for the level of care I receive here. Shivangi, in particular, has been incredible—she takes the time to really listen to my personal concerns and always creates a detailed, well-thought-out care plan that is tailored for me. I appreciate how holistic their approach is, not just treating the injury itself but also supporting me in regaining confidence and comfort in my daily life. This team truly goes above and beyond for their patients, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking thoughtful and comprehensive physiotherapy care.
