I has an absolutely amazing experience at Healing Oasis Massage & Wellness! From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm, welcoming, and truly relaxing. The space is clean, serene, and beautifully set up for a peaceful wellness experience.
I was attended to by Nilam, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and intuitive. She knew exactly where my tension was sitting and worked through it with so much care and professionalism. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated.
If you’re looking for a place that genuinely prioritizes healing and comfort, Healing Oasis Massage & Wellness is it, and definitely ask for Nilam. She’s exceptional! I’ll absolutely be returning.
Have been using Oasis now for a couple years and will continue to do so, great atmosphere and friendly receptionist. Eulen Dy gives an amazing massage. I’ve tried a few other masseuses who were also great, but there is just something extra amazing with the way she can get my knots out of my shoulders and mid back, the extra care, and the professionalism. I would highly recommend her.
I got my laser hair removal done from here. Jacqueline is the best. I’m really happy with the service. She explained everything clearly, the pain was minimal and she cares about her clients. My results are amazing!
EDIT: Nov 25, 2025: As discussed via email, I will simply copy and paste the response: No sorry this is not correct.
1) As you can see from TD's email, it states: "It is the responsibility of the clinics and yourself (i.e. the claimant) to coordinate treatments to ensure you do not exceed the total of 10 approved treatments".
My wife did her part, you did not. This is your responsibility as a health care provider to coordinate care. This is the responsibility of any health care provider. You were advised multiple times of this. You need to rely on multiple sources of information. Citing a bad experience you had does not preclude you from your responsibility. Be accountable. Take ownership.
You need to inform patients upfront, otherwise you are misleading clients. This is false advertising, unethical and not explicitly stated in your direct billing website section. This needs to be updated so patients know to pay upfront in certain circumstances BEFORE treatment, not stressing a patient afterwards (that defeats the purpose of the treatment!). We call this informed consent for patients to make the best decision with the information at hand.
2). Incorrect. TD was not busy as you can see by their emails. This is a failure of your responsibility as a health care provider. The sole blame lies with you, not the claimant. You had from October 20 until Nov 12 to rectify this (23 days).
3) In closing, this is not how insurance works. I have >10 years experience of working with insurance companies within the pharmacy industry. Lastly TD explicitly states the 90 day insurance protocol ends on November 25, 2025. Therefore, it is quite clear you didn't read TD emails. My wife went to her physiotherapy appointment on November 25, and was NOT CHARGED.
You could have done the right thing, be compassionate, empathic, and accountable, you choose not to and tried to pass blame off to others. Not acceptable. This just goes to show healing oasis should be removed by insurances of MVA's as a preferred provider.
Advice: Update your direct billing section to state MVA accidents may not be direct billed if certain critical information is not available, and may require patients to pay upfront with reimbursement from insurance. You also need to state that you do not contact other clinics to coordinate care, you are giving the impression that you do. Other clinics do coordinate care, like mine did. Patients should be aware of this as informed consent to make the best decision for their circumstance.
Your website states the following: "Not sure if you have Extended Health coverage? Don't worry... we've got your back."
Definitely not the case. Your right, it should be an easy and simple process (my experience with another clinic for my own MVA claim it was). But you made this particular case stressful, complicated and frustrating. Transparency is key.
This will be reflected with correspondence sent to Service Alberta, the better business bureau and media outlets.

This is our go-to place for massages, and it never disappoints! My husband and I usually book couples massages, and today was another amazing experience. My therapist, Kimberly, is consistently fantastic—she has a magical touch that leaves me feeling like a new person: completely relaxed and refreshed. My husband’s therapist today was June, and he was equally excellent. My husband felt great afterward and was very pleased with the experience. Thank you for the wonderful service! We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage.
