I have seen Meghan twice now for two different treatments, and let me just say.. you will not regret booking that appointment with her! I knew of her through a friend at work and from the first appointment, Meghan made me feel really comfortable and had a chat with me on what my concerns were. My lymphatic massage was amazing! She then noticed that my shoulders weren’t moving how they were supposed to so I booked an osteopathy appointment and the results were so noticeable right after the treatment! Along with her plethora of knowledge, she has the loveliest kitties you will fall in love with even if you think you don’t like cats. Highly recommend anyone to book a treatment with her and I promise you won’t look back.

Meghan is amazing!! I had been dealing with an si joint issue causing frustrating lower back pain for the better part of 18 months. I could barely sit for 30 minutes without being in a lot of discomfort. After not a lot of success with other practitioners, I kept searching for relief. Once I started seeing Meghan, by month 2 or 3 I was already almost fully improved! Meghan does a host of different treatments, but I go for massage and osteopathy. To be honest the osteo work seems somewhat innocuous - small and focused movements of my body - yet somehow so effective! Meghan treats out of her home which she shares with 2 big beautiful kitties. They are so precious and can join you for your session if you're interested! She's always booked up for weeks, so you'd better check her calendar today!

I have been getting both massage and osteopath from Meghan for some time. She has always gone above and beyond to support me and my needs. She listens to what is going on for me, formulated a treatment plan, and has provided suggestions for things to do between sessions. She truly cares for my well being!
