Head Spa Sherwood Park

This is not a spa and most certainly not luxury! Me & my friend showed up for their best "Herbal Package". We were simply put into a tiny room in the back of a nail salon. There instagram markets them as "No 1 head spa in Sherwood Park" and a "luxury experience" these are certainly false statements. Their instagram is not an accurate representation of this business nor are the photos from their location - must be taken off other websites or google. The experience was poor, from the room, the products used and the service itself. Some of the things listed in my service package didn't even happen, especially the "steam". The gold "head spa" water system was used one time for a total of 30 seconds during then entire hour and half process! I left with half wet hair and disappointment. Be aware - you definitely get what you pay for! I would avoid if you are looking for relaxation and any form of quality.
