I have been coming here for massages for several years and will never go anywhere else! The overall atmosphere is cozy, especially in the waiting area with it’s fireplace and comfy chairs, and the staff are lovely. There’s lots of little extras like sparkling water and coffee, steam shower, and others I haven’t personally tried. They have free parking out back and I have always been able to find a spot. The prices are very reasonable and they even have discounts for those who visit regularly. Most importantly, Samath is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to; his understanding of anatomy and physiology is evident in his practice. He is laid back while always maintaining professionalism, and he often gives me applicable movement homework that aids in my recovery. Love it here!
I have been enjoying spa treatments at Lifestiles for over 15 years.
The spa itself is beautiful, relaxing and very clean. The front desk staff are professional and friendly.
Rita is my go-to for any service she provides. Her facials are otherworldly. I also see her for waxing and pedicures. She is a true professional giving the perfect service every time while tending to me with gentleness and care. She also remembers from visit to visit, all of my custom preferences.
I love this spa, and my only request is that they consider opening a south side location as I would frequent far more often if I didn’t have to travel downtown. 10/10!
I received the perfect gift from my sister and I was blown away with the level of care provided at this spa. From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere invites you to relax and the staff are kind and welcoming. Rita is a fabulous esthetician. Her facial services are exceptional, and her level of care is very much appreciated. She is phenomenal and I cannot praise her enough. It was such a lovely afternoon to relax and unwind, I hope to be back again soon.
Today I visited the spa for the first time today and I left with not the greatest experience. I arrived early as asked, and ended up waiting 15 minutes before someone even greeted me and the greeting was less than enthusiastic. I felt as though I was more of a burden than a client. After waiting 40 minutes I was finally seen for my first service. The services were good. After everything I headed back upfront to check out. The lady that checked me out did apologize for my experience BUT then completely ignored me to speak with a different client. I ended up leaving without so much as a goodbye or have a nice day. The entire “spa” experience here wasn’t what I expected and I honestly would not return.
It was my bday, and with late notice they fit me in for a massage and a steam bath, Sam was awesome! As I have some pretty heavy hardware in my legs from a snowboarding accident, and lost a little extension in my one leg, he did a really wonderful job isolating my issues, probably one of best massages I've had. The problem is I never know how vocal to be, felt comfortable and was able to get exactly what I needed.. the steam bath is so awesome, get it !
