Had a spa day yesterday with Monique & my friend Shannon had Farhana and I tell you it was AMAZING!! We both had 90 min massages, followed by Hydrofacials and then Japanese head, Spa! The ladies were amazingly nice, Their facility is spotless, And they’re just down to earth and so personable. We go for a lot of Spa treatments in and around Edmonton and Nisa Medi spa is At the top of the list! We will definitely be back!

Booked with Nisa Medi Spa for a Japanese head spa + facials for my boyfriend and I for our 6 year anniversary. The service was amazing, they really focused on the heath of your scalp and removing the build-up while continuing to ensure you were comfortable throughout the process. The massages were very relaxing and my skin was GLOWING afterwards. I was given product recommendations at the end to continue working on my scalp, but was not pushed to purchase. It was an overall amazing experience and I will definitely be returning next time I am in Edmonton. (2 Before and 2 after pictures below) Thanks Farhana + team! :)

My friend and I booked in short notice and were lucky enough to get two spaces at the same time for their head spa treatment with mini facial. We were warmly greeted when we came in to the front waiting area, it was clean and very welcoming. Monique was so lovely and made me feel at ease and relaxed the whole time. She showed me the state of my scalp under a micro camera and explained everything in detail. The treatment itself was wonderful. Incrediblly relaxing and good pressure head and neck massage. The little comb zigzagging across the scalp was maybe my favourite. This was my first ever facial and the products smelled and felt amazing. At the end the before and after zoom in on my scalp was honestly night and day, also my hair felt lighter and fluffier. I will be back again and I hope to have Monique for the next one as well.

My friends and I booked the Japanese head spa as a fun girls day activity. It was above and beyond our expectations. The spa is beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff are so kind. This was the most relaxed I've been in a long time! We will definitely be back!

I visited the spa yesterday and had three different treatments, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, but Monique truly stood out. She made the entire experience fun, relaxing, and memorable. Her warm personality and outstanding service made my visit extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💖✨
