Our family has been going to Pure Wellness since 2015. Even after they moved to the new location, we followed. That shows how much we enjoy our experience here and appreciate their service. We like the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff and owners, the timeliness, and the overall massage delivery. When it comes to scheduling, they are very responsive and accommodating, particularly in managing appointments for four of us now, which is sometimes difficult with our busy schedules. A special shout-out to Erin L. My wife and I like strong pressure deep-tissue massages, and she always delivers every time. Many times, she will also go above and beyond to help schedule our family appointments. We recommend Pure Wellness to our family and friends and will recommend it to other Google review readers as well.

I booked a massage Monday, July 28, 2025 at Pure Wellness Massage. I went and filled out my benefits information and they told me they couldn’t give me a massage. They couldn’t direct bill so I left and I was billed for a Massage. They lied. They misled me. I will never use them again. They are dishonest.

Been coming to Pure for many years, experienced great therapist along the way. Tonight, I had a massage with Jerry and was completely blown away. Her knowledge, expertise and technique were probably the best I have ever experienced. She was able to release extremely tight areas without causing a great deal of pain! Highly recommend and will definitely be seeing her again!
