I love seeing Dr. Aileen for acupuncture and sound therapy. Her practice is clean and professional and her demeanour makes it so easy to relax into the space. She also makes care plans tailored to your needs to help get your body back in order!

I was in Calgary for a work course and decided to book a massage at Apex—I'm so glad I did. Denise was fantastic. She has such a warm and welcoming presence and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She’s clearly very skilled and attentive. I highly recommend Apex, and especially Denise, to anyone looking for a great RMT in Calgary.

Mio was amazing! She asked what I was looking for and really focused on those areas. It felt like she was a mind reader and could really feel where all of my aches and pains were. There was a little bit of noise in the hallway and they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Facility is clean and calming. I will come back!

Ive been coming here on and off many years and I've always had a positive experience but my most recent massage was out of this world! I had some troublesome nots that relased and now im much more comfortable. Always a pleasure Apex!

Denise has such a great sense of what your body needs and she really has that magical intuition! I am always amazed at how she knows and feels what she feels!!!! Denise is awesome therapist!
