Lyv is the best!! Training for my marathon one of the nerves in my leg was bothering me really bad, I went to Lyvia and she totally fixed it! Not only is she amazing in her field but she has a history of sports and knows how to help athletes! She has so much knowledge and does so many things I’ve even gone to her for advice about nutrition for running and everything she’s done and told me has helped me so much! Highly recommend she is so good at what she does!
