I asked for deep tissue and she delivered. I enjoyed it even though it was painful. I wish I had booked longer. Ask for Sylvia when next you need someone to release your muscles. Arcadian has a lovely and relaxing environment and atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

Need Deep Tissue massage? This one is legit! I thought I knew what deep tissue was until today! Sylvie is super strong, hit all the spots, and great conversation. She also does relaxation, I'll book that next, or at least that's what I'll tell my body!

Right from walking through the doors I was met with a lovely smile from the receptionist. She gave me the option to wear some slides or go bare feet. The place was so clean I probably didn’t need the slides. The waiting room was calm and relaxing. Wilson was right on time and communicated very clearly and asked good questions. He is very professional. The massage itself was great and exactly what I needed for some self care after being in town for a triathlon. He applied just the right amount of pressure to all the areas to help release tension. He made good conversation and made me feel at ease. Since I’m from out of town, I was thrilled that they do direct billing, super convenient. I 100% recommend!
