My only suggestion to the management would be to add an option for online booking and offer some package discounts. That would make the experience even better!
I had really bad experience yesterday for long time wait almost 39mins wait for the physiotherapy. Front desk person told me to wait for the spot for 2min couple of times but I was waiting 38mins even if I booked ahead my appointment for my MVA physiotherapy. It's all about lack communication between front desk and physiotherapist. They don't care about time for the client appointment. Really bad customer service experience ever had.
What's the point in having a massage if we pay in full but we get 80 minutes massage for 90 minutes and 50 minutes for 60 minutes massage.
