Called last minute and they fit me in, Ave was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of stretches/suggestions to help. The massage itself was deep tissue, firm but not painful and has helped so much. Definitely recommend!!

I was lucky enough to get book here for a gift! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and I had the balance spa package. It was AMAZING, wow. My skin is so smooth and soft, and the products they used were really good quality, nice smelling but not overpowering. My masseuse also made sure that the massage pressure was good, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout each part of the spa package. At the end of it, the owner made sure to run my insurance and also gave me a giveaway gift! How thoughtful. Will definitely be coming back here, for massages and more spa bookings as well. Thank you!

I have been to Balance a few times now, and I am very happy with their service. No sales pressure with reasonable prices. Owners are respectful and make check-in/check-out easy. Vono is a great massage therapist and I feel much better after our sessions. They also do direct billing with insurance. I highly recommend Balance, you won’t be disappointed!
