I had a wonderful experience with Sonia, my massage therapist. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has a calm and professional presence, and you can tell right away she truly cares about her clients’ well-being. Her technique is excellent—firm where it needs to be, but always attentive to pressure and comfort. Sonia was able to target areas of tension I didn’t even realize were so tight, and by the end of the session I felt relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. What I really appreciated was how she listened to my concerns beforehand and tailored the massage to what I needed most. She creates a welcoming environment that’s both soothing and therapeutic.
