I have always had an amazing experience at Country Hills massage and have been a client of this clinic for more than 20 years! From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff is very professional and friendly. My therapist is incredibly skilled — she listens to my concerns and tailors the session perfectly to my needs. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality massage therapy and an overall wonderful experience!

I have been going to Countryhill Massage for last 15 year! The professional massage therapists and support staff working there such as Mandy, Iris and Avneet are awesome. Avneet who is highly trained and respected individual has been my single most therapist when I need the services for health reasons. The facility is clean and well maintained and direct billing helps the administrative process.

Extremely disappointing experience and zero accountability from management. My husband and I had an appointment here recently. The appointment was 2-3pm. We accidentally went to another massage centre, but immediately called this location and were told it was fine — we would just lose the time. That was fair and we took responsibility. We arrived around 2:15 p.m. and expected the therapists to be ready, since the time was already booked. My husband’s therapist, Elvie, was amazing — she greeted him immediately, took him in, and made sure not to waste a minute. My experience, however, was the opposite. The receptionist (white male wearing a beanie) was on the phone chatting about promotions and just waved at me to sit down without greeting me. No one came for me, and when I asked, he told me in an annoyed tone to “sit and wait.” My therapist Avneet finally came strolling casually from the staff room, completely indifferent to the lost time. She then took more time chatting and left the door wide open while I was trying to undress and get ready. The session didn’t start until around 2:30 p.m. and even ended early. I didn’t go straight to Google — I sent detailed feedback through their internal system to give them a fair chance to respond. No one followed up. The only thing the business replied to was our positive review for Elvie. When I emailed again recently, management went completely silent after I explained what happened. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for customers. Mistakes happen — but how a business handles them matters. Here, there was no accountability, no care, and no resolution. Elvie deserves 5 stars. The rest of the experience? 0.

I’ve have always had the best massage experience with Mary Ann. I have found my go to massage therapist at a clinic so close to my home. The staff at the reception are always incredibly kind and welcome me warmly. Highly recommend!

Gordon is literally my masseuse savior. I highly recommend him, 10 out of 10. I am a wedding videographer who has an absolutely broken body and this man brings me back to life and I would recommend going with 90 minutes if you can. Most friendly and respectful guy, but also an absolute weapon on the table. Thank you so much!
