Awful — that’s the only word I can use to describe this place, based solely on the experience I had during a single conversation with their operator. I genuinely promise, I’ve never had such a racist, disrespectful, aggressive and toxic interaction in my entire life. They should consider themselves lucky I didn’t involve the police for harassment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Please also consider the fact that this person has written my review themselves. It feels like an attempt at gaslighting. Even though they’re not an official operator, their behavior is clearly disrespectful and toxic — like someone who just got out of jail. Ask yourself: is this really the kind of person whose business you’d want to support I am seriously concerned that this establishment may be offering illegal sexual services under the guise of massage. The behavior of the staff, the atmosphere, and certain suggestive signs all point to possible pimping or exploitation. I am already preparing a formal report to the police and Crime Stoppers, requesting a full investigation. If you’re a client — think twice about where you’re going. You may be directly supporting the exploitation of vulnerable women.

Honestly the best in town. I Drive from outside of Airdrie about 2 times a month. I also stop to get some Ramen as we dont got none out where im from but got to say. This is better 😆 The gals here are quite amazing and the hospitality is top notch. I have to travel to the city a few times a month and I added this on my list of things to stop at about a year ago and I will continue to come and support the gals. Keep up the great work ladies , Your pal Derek!

I was bit Hesitant to go to this spa after reading some negative reviews but I changed my mind in the end and went to the Spa to see Jadis Jadis was soo good ! I have a very different opinion about these negative review after seeing Jadis. She was marvellous and the massage was so relaxing and Good The only thing that stopped me to put five star is the place - little small and could be maintained clean . But Jadis will make you forget all about this and take you into her world

All I can say is that this spa is an amazing place, and I wouldn't understand if someone didn't enjoy there stay there. I don't usually go to spas much personally, as I am a man with standards, and my first time at first I was sceptical. Then I met one of the ladies, jades. She is such a kind, warm hearted, open and honest individual. She answered any questions I had with ease showed me around and then her skills blew my socks off. Not only are her skills top quality, but, she is a attractive looking woman that I respect. Definitely coming to meet again. ALL the woman are. There are so many other woman to meet, I can ramble here all day + the spa is tidy, clean, with refreshments, and the atmosphere is great. (Which was also one of my concerns) There are other woman in the spa, like Margo, Maya, Faith, Valintina, just to name a few to meet and have a amazing conversation/time with, I bet. Each time I came to divinity spa, its like opening a box of chocolate, you won't know for sure what your gonna get or who you'll meet till you go and check them and there services out. (unless you go to there website to book an appointment) highly recommend. Amazing skills and friendly personality, but each to there own way. Highly recommend.

My visit to Diversity Spa was nothing short of rejuvenating. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and eager to return. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a top-notch wellness experience. It truly lives up to its name by embracing diversity in treatments and making everyone feel welcome. I can’t wait for my next visit!
