Kaur Massage

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I will not mention any names out of respect, but I do encourage anyone considering this place to research who will be performing your massage beforehand. This was my first massage, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The massage therapist barely spoke English, so communication was difficult — I wasn’t sure what she wanted me to do at several points. The massage itself was rough and uncomfortable, and there was little to no technique or relaxation involved. What made the experience even worse was that she was coughing throughout the entire session and kept clearing her throat she was definitely sick. Shame on the people who let her come into work and Actually take clients while sick, especially in this profession. At one point, I could even feel her cough on me, which made me very uncomfortable. She also used hot stones and hot towels in a way that felt harsh and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling sore, uneasy, and disappointed. If I could ask for a refund, I absolutely would — I genuinely feel like I was robbed of my money and my time. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you do decide to visit, please make sure you know who your practitioner will be and ensure they are properly trained.
