Massage on 194th

First time getting a massage at Massage on 194th and it was AMAZING. Jordyn was so friendly and thoughtful. She really created a warm and safe space, and my neck, shoulders, and lower back feel great! Reception was very friendly and thorough regarding the paperwork and billing; and the space was clean and inviting. Will be back! Highly recommend!

I recently had a massage from Chrystal at your spa, and I wanted to share my feedback. I arrived on time, and the front receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful, which I appreciated. However, after filling out the forms and getting ready, it took about 15 minutes before the session began. Despite booking a 45-minute massage, I received only 30 minutes.The massage itself was very ordinary & didn't meet my expectations. The therapist *chrystal* did not provide guidance on preparation, did not greet me, and at the end simply said, “Time is over,” before leaving without any courteous words. I felt her behavior lacked professional ethics and respect for clients. I suggest either sending the forms beforehand or requesting clients arrive 10–15 minutes early, and ensuring that the full massage time begins when the client is ready in the room. Professional communication, courtesy, and honoring the full session time are essential to a quality experience. Thank you for your attention.

Great service and excellent treatment. I had my massage with Jordyn and she was able to restore mobility in my hips, shoulder, and neck. Professional and highly skilled. I’ve gone twice this year and will go again in the new year. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Sometimes you can even book the night before. Very skilled massage therapists. It doesn't matter who you get, the skill level is very high here.
