I had the most amazing acupuncture session with Lasheka! I love her energy and how knowledgeable she is. It was the most potent acupuncture session I have ever had (I had many in my life). She also used Tui Na (Chinese massage) and cupping to help me release all the tension in my body. She knew exactly what was going on for me emotionally. Highly recommend!!!

Recently I have received massage therapy at Target Health. Yolanda was incredibly professional and effectively addressed my neck injury. After the session, I felt significantly better and experienced much greater comfort and mobility in my neck. I will come back here in two weeks. Target Health truly deserves a five-star rating in every aspect I value in a massage center: proficiency, punctuality, excellent bedside manner, and a pleasant environment. I highly recommend Target Health to anyone seeking a quality massage in a first-class center.

I highly recommend Dr. Lasheka, she does incredible work, stopped all of my cold hangover symptoms in their tracks. I had been sick with a nasty cold the previous week, and I was still experiencing a persistent very deep cough and intermittent tight chest and forced breathing. I've never had acupunture before, but a friend recommended that I go see Dr Lesheka for an acupunture and flaming cups treatment. By the end of the session I was breathing easily and the cough was nearly gone, sinus activity had slowed to minimal. Within an hour of leaving her office my head was no longer cloudy, lungs and sinuses clear and experienced near-normal energy levels. What more can I say, absolutely Incredible! Far better results than I could have expected. Thank you Dr Lasheka.

Katie at Target is great and has helped a lot with my tight neck and shoulders 😊 While I have not been treated by other practitioners, I have had conversations with Andrew, Tina, and Lasheka and they all seemed to be kind and a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend!

Tina has the magic touch!! Best massage I have had in years!! Definitely intuitive and takes her time working out the deeper areas of tension. Defiantly recommend!
