I had an appointment with Josephine today. Happy to have found this place. Very clean, free parking, she took me in when I got there, no waiting. Appreciate the slippers/slides they provide when you are welcomed. The massage I received was great. Good amount of pressure, very calming, very relaxed. Thank you, Josephine.

I go for massage once per month and today I decided to try a new place in Sundance. I was extremely impressed with my choice today. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. Truly great experience. I would highly recommend if anyone is in need of an amazing massage.

Easy to book, massage therapist are very knowledgeable. All my muscle ache was relieved. They do cupping, and hot stone with no extra fee added. And they put warm towel to wipe the excessive oil which is awesome. I will be back for sure. Recomend 10/10

I don’t leave bad reviews often, but this place requires one so people know about the terrible customer service and experience both my husband and I received. My husband asked for a deep tissue massage, where the most pressure the masseuse could do was 2/10. Despite mentioning needing more pressure, the massage was just back rubbing. When he mentioned this at the end of the service, they said to call to rectify. When we called to rectify, they offered a massage or a refund. When we called to claim the rectification, they denied it and told us to write a bad review. They refused to let us speak to the manager or owner stating that they are out of the country or not back for a few days. Myself, I received a prenatal massage where my masseuse did not understand I couldn’t lay on my belly or why I needed extra pillows. Upon letting her know why I needed to be on my side and why I needed pillows, she seemed annoyed to accommodate. Despite this, I did not request any rectification. As time was taken from my massage to explain/get pillows, I accepted it. But the experience my husband received was not okay as we paid for a service, and did not receive it as it should have been! I still await to speak to the manager or owner to get this resolved.

Incredible Hot Stone Massage – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at Touch to Heal Massage. I booked a Hot Stone Massage with Jae, and it was terrific. Jae was very professional and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the session. The warmth of the stones, combined with her skilled technique, melted away all the tension in my muscles. The clinic itself is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall sense of relaxation. I left feeling completely refreshed and renewed. I highly recommend Jae Yan and Touch to Heal Massage—I’ll definitely be coming back!
