I went in to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted. She shaped them fine, but I told her not too dark with the tint. She tinted them black!!!!!!!!! I'm very disappointed. 😡 I have blonde hair, with black eyebrows now. I'm not pleased with the results. Not going back!

Very poor time management. Double booked multiple times and waited 20-30 mins for my “scheduled” appointments. Staff is extremely unprofessional and refused to give me a refund after they clearly messed up. After lots of back and forth I did get my refund 4 weeks from the original request date. No sense of how to run a business and treat their paying clients. Do not recommend!

I really like coming to this spa. I am a regular client for both laser and facials and I am so happy with the results. The laser is a cooling type laser so it’s not painful and my hair growth is so much less in just a few sessions. I also love how soft and fresh my skin looks after my facials. Their prices are so reasonable I am able to afford to take better care of my skin. I’m also happy to support a mother daughter ran business!
