Amazing experience! The vibe is calming, the facilities modern, clean & inviting. I came here at the start of a women’s hiking week and it started it off in a high note. The sauna is beautiful and it was wonderful to have scented water poured in the hot rocks. It made it so relaxing. The cold plunge pools are cold - 10/7/6 degrees. It was so invigorating. We thought we would only be 30 minutes but we were there an hour. Thanks to the very welcoming attendant. This is a highly recommended Calgary experience.

The space is truly amazing! The huge sauna is the main event, plus three nearby cold tubs that range in temperate (cold, colder, coldest). There’s coffee, tea, electrolyte drinks, and more available at no extra cost. There’s an all-gender space to lock your belongings, with change rooms and showers (shampoo provided in a private shower) close by. The lounge is great for taking a break and socializing before going back outside (aka online?)! This was a great recovery for me post run!

The sauna is amazing — beautifully designed, spacious, and with great lighting and music that create a perfect relaxing atmosphere. I really appreciated that they offer different types of sauna “sessions,” ranging from social to more introspective, quiet experiences — there’s something for every mood. The cold plunge area is also excellent, with three different temperature options to choose from. Everything feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge and unwind!

Awesome place. Very tasteful lighting, very calming vibe. The staff will come in periodically to steam the room which I really appreciate. Great place and it 100% delivers on the offline/disconnect experience that it sells. Highly recommend it.

Doing a cold plunge is intimidating - not going to lie! But, the combination of heat gets me there and the cold is rejuvenating. I enjoyed my stretch class on mother's day weekend and can't wait to return in a few weeks. I wish I lived in Calgary!
