Serene Escapes Day Spa

I highly recommend Amruta Patel. Go to their website to make appointments! The front desk staff are not very helpful in terms of your time needs and adjustments. I had to call over and over to get all my stuff done on the same day but she kept saying we are too busy, not providing much information on other options or available slots. The girl who provided services Amruta Patel was super professional!!!! She was knowledgeable and calm, and explained me each and everything throughout her work. I have a troubled skin, and she understood that very well, she worked with utmost care and in a perfect manner. The other thing I noticed was that some service providers are so chatty and loud, for me... In a spa, I like to unwind, and enjoy silence. Amruta respected that, and I felt so relaxed and almost asleep during my facial. Im giving Serene escapes 5 stars because of Amruta. She is my girl, love Serene Escapes!

Rhea is excellent! If you are looking for a mix of relaxation and therapeutic, she is your therapist. The only reason why this is not a 5 star because the place is structured where a massage room is right opposite to a pedicure and manicure compartment! It is an absolute DISASTER. I had to listen to all those ladies chatting and laughing non-stop instead of enjoying my massage!! If you want to visit this place, make sure you ask for the furthest door down the corridor! It blows my mind how the owner of this place chose the design like that! Totally unfair to her massage therapists and people who want to make the best out of their massage sessions!

I've visited Serene Escapes Day Spa several times, and I will not be returning. Despite booking my appointments well in advance, the spa repeatedly changed my appointment times to suit their schedule — this happened four separate times. At first, they apologized, but now they simply leave a message informing me that my appointment has already been moved, without asking for my consent. Had I not checked, I would have shown up at an entirely different time. When I called to address this, the receptionist blamed a “system limitation.” I mentioned that booking systems should be updated but she became defensive and insisted nothing could be done. Rather than continue arguing, I chose to cancel all upcoming appointments. If you value your time and expect a business to honor the appointment you booked, I strongly recommend avoiding this spa.

Disappointing and frustrating experience. doesn't recommend Serene ••• I've been coming here for a long time and always had great massages in the past, but this last visit was extremely upsetting. The therapist was late to start, then took an additional 10 minutes in the room to gather her supplies— something that should have been ready beforehand. What was supposed to be a 60-minute massage ended up being barely 45 minutes, if that. She rushed through the session, and every time she pumped oil into her hands, she would throw her bottle on my legs-completely careless and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my husband and I have both been clients here multiple times, yet they told us they "couldn't find his file." I left feeling worse than when I walked in-physically and mentally-and I told the front desk I would not be paying for a full hour. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won't be returning!!!

We have been going to Serene Escapes for 7ish years and we just love the atmosphere and customer service. Then we found Marian and Sally... Our absolute favorites. Opals is awesome too! We now live in Strathmore and its worth coming out for the drive to get the best massage out there! Treat yourself!! Thank you all for taking such great care of us💜💜💜
