Didn’t expect the experience to be this great for this price! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the saunas were amazing. I especially loved the steam room with the cold-plunge bucket. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends!

I had a massage by Nichapa, and she was amazing! I honestly could not recommend her more. She was very proffered and knew exactly what she was doing and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. The woman who works reception was also lovely, and we had a great chat while I drank my complimentary kombucha.

This place has gone from bad to worse.. First, they increased their rates by about 50% from last year to now. Which perhaps I could understand if their services dramatically increased, but they've only gotten worse. If you call there and someone actually answers, go buy a lottery ticket because its your lucky day. They NEVER answer the phone. Which is funny because when you walk in, everyone is just standing around doing nothing. Most recently their steam room is not working. Do you get a discount since 50% of their services not functioning? No... So now you're paying $47 to use their dry sauna. This place desperately needs some real management and accountability. Otherwise, more and more people like me are going to seek out alternatives.

I would say don't bother booking the last slot of the day, at 8 pm, as they turn the heat off and start cleaning at least 15 minutes early. Makes you feel rushed to get out, which is the opposite of what a sauna experience should be. Otherwise, the sauna is comfortable but quite small, and can get crowded quickly (which is why we tried going later in the evening)

Love the aspect that Cedar & Steam is a social spa. I’ve met incredible individuals at this place (staff & guests). If you’re looking for a community that supports wellness, this is the spot for you.
