I’ve been to a few different therapists for different issues, but mostly for my lower back. Herbert is the best, hands down. He listens, takes the time to explain things, and is an excellent therapist. I cannot recommend him enough to people!

Herbert is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk into his studio, you're welcomed into a clean, calming, and professional space that immediately puts you at ease. What really sets Herbert apart is his deep understanding of how the body works as a whole—he doesn’t just focus on where you feel discomfort, but takes the time to explain how different muscle groups and movements are interconnected. It’s incredibly enlightening and helps me understand my body better every time I visit.
His range of knowledge in massage techniques is also outstanding. Herbert seems to know exactly what to apply and when. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and is always working to improve his craft. I can't recommend him enough!
First time I had deep tissue massage, since it’s my first time I can’t compare with anyone else.
But atmosphere that Herbert created is pretty relaxing, refreshing and professional and right away I felt better and continue feeling better.
