I went to see Yvonne for the first time today. I haven't had a massage in many years because of how ticklish I can be, I'm a bit self conscious of my back acne and I've had some recent injuries. She listened to all of my reasons for hesitating and made sure to ask clarifying questions to ensure she understood me fully. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed even before the massage. The massage was amazing. She's got both a gentle and heavy touch for the areas that need different kinds of attention. I would highly recommend both her and this establishment to anyone and I'm definitely coming back! Thanks again Yvonne for the great experience!

I’m glad to have recently discovered this place. Eden Health & Wellness has a wonderful ambiance, friendly staff, and clean, well-equipped facilities. It’s a great spot to unwind after work or enjoy a relaxing weekend visit. I especially had an excellent experience with Ishmael, an outstanding massotherapist. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in his technique. I highly recommend him and this wellness centre.

I saw Yvonne today for a massage, and it was such an amazing experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Her hands truly work magic—she was able to address all my areas of concern with care and precision. I also appreciated how she took the time to explain the muscles involved and recommend stretches for ongoing maintenance. The studio itself is calming, welcoming, and spotless. I’m already looking forward to my next massage!

I've never got the relief at any other massage therapist that I have gotten with Yvonne! She's very skilled and kind! I'm so happy I've found a place so close to home. Very welcoming and calming environment ❤️
