Massage Life Edmonton South - Walker Lakes Plaza

I’ve been to Massage Life a few times now and each time I’m greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Their prices are fair and they offer a loyalty card, apparently they offer promotions/ discounts as well from time to time. I can’t speak to the promotions or discounts as I’ve never received them myself or been able to “cash in” on the loyalty card yet. I’ve been promised a discount twice and never received it. I also tried to book in with a discount offer I received for my birthday but was told it was only for the “day of” my birthday. However, this was not stated in the email. It just said to book and I would receive 10% off my next massage. Recently they have also sent out several emails stating they are taking away certain discounts or changing their loyalty card, so I’m not entirely sure these perks will be around a lot longer anyways. Just disappointing to be promised something and to not receive it, twice. Dunia is the massage therapist I have been going to see since moving to this location and she is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and is always sure to check in on what you would like done before treatment begins. She also asks about pressure throughout my massages. Dunia is incredibly professional and has helped me reduce pain, tension and knots throughout my back and shoulders. I had so much reduced movement when I first went in to see her and now my movement is back. Discounts aside, Massage Life is clean, inviting, staffed with kind and knowledgeable individuals and I will return again.

I've been here 3 times. The first 2 times were good, but the most recent one was excellent! Fatima is an amazing massage therapist. Not only did she ask me what I needed, she also asked me the pressure I wanted and suggested a lot of at-home stretches and massages I can do. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. Kudos to Josephine on the front desk as well for being welcoming. ❤️

I had an amazing massage here! From the moment I walked in, the environment felt peaceful and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me politely and nicely.My therapist listened carefully to the areas I wanted to focus on and used just the right pressure throughout the session. The room was clean, the music was soothing, and overall the service felt extremely professional. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and energized. I will definitely be coming back!

I recently had a massage with Dunia, and she was excellent and very polite and professional, exactly what I was looking for. However, I had an issue with the front desk when trying to book during happy hours. The website clearly shows that this location offers a 15% discount during happy hours, but the front counter staff insisted otherwise and was not transparent about it. Please review this matter and ensure staff provide accurate information and better service in the future.

My husband and I had been craving a relaxing massage, so I found Massage Life in Walker Lakes after a quick Google search. We booked with Albert Lagadan and Lara De Leon, hoping for something that would ease our body aches and help us relax—and this clinic exceeded all our expectations. Although we were a few minutes late, they greeted us warmly with smiles. They took the time to ask about any concerns or specific areas we wanted to target, and they truly delivered beyond our expectations. Both Albert and Lara are incredibly professional and skilled. The clinic itself is new, cozy, and impeccably clean. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place. Exceptional service all around!
