Myo Centre Massage Therapy & Dr. of Acupuncture & Manual Osteopathy

Had a massage booked just 2 days before with Jessica for Friday Nov 21 2025. It was just fantastic! I was so impressed I was able to be fit in quickly with such a skilled massage therapist. Never having been here before I was surprised to learn the owner of this business is a very skilled therapeutic massage teacher at Grant McEwan who vets all her employees on herself first. I look forward to trying their acupuncture and somatic massage next! Though much like finding a favorite meal at a restaurant I'm positive it will be tough to choose between them and not just keep returning to the first favorite. This is not just a regular massage place it's truly above and beyond and I can't wait to recommend this business to all my family and friends and give out gift certificates for Christmas. My regular masseuse is retired and though it's an hour drive I think I have found my new go to. I'm so grateful to have found such a great gem of a buisness and fantastic masseuse! I had a week long migraine and terrible sleep turned into a completely relaxed pain free time. Truly a blessing

I wanted to systemy positive experience with Jianjun(Jane)Lu whom I have been seeing for acupuncture treatment regarding sciatica pain and insomnia. Jane is exceptionally kind personable and knowledgeable in her field.She is professional,caring and made me feel completely comfortable.Throughout my sessions,she consistently checked in on my comfort level,she is attentive and kind.The acupuncture treatment is incredibly effective, pain relieved and my insomnia greatly improved! I highly recommend Jane Lu to anyone looking for acupuncturist who is both knowledgeable and deeply compassionate.

I had my first massage at the myo centre. It is a nice, clean and inviting atmosphere when you first come in. My massage therapist was Jessica Zimmerman. I highly recommend her. She was amazing. She listened to my concerns and made sure to focus attention on that area while still giving an excellent full body massage. I will definitely be booking with her again.

I booked a 60 minute massage with Ruth and she was amazing! She asked me about my troubled areas, checked in with me, and made me smile and laugh. I left with significantly less pain in my back and very satisfied. She also gave me some advice to help with my pain and left me with some epsom salt. I'll definitely be re-booking with her :)

The Myo Centre is absolutely amazing. I had Ruth as my massage therapist and she was kind, checked in with me throughout the massage and truly worked magic. My neck and back has really been bothering me so much from sitting at a desk all day everyday. Ruth's massage and cupping made me feel like a new person. She had great, deep pressure and was really able to work out those tough knots and tight muscles. As always, I will continue to recommend the Myo Centre ❤️
