Laina is absolutely amazing, I’ve tried so many different massage therapists and have never found anyone as great as her. My upper back pain was gone in 2 sessions. And the facial/scalp/neck massage she gives at the end is FANTASTIC, it’s my favourite part. And as a side note I’ve never been a fan of the slow spa mediation sounds that spas typically play, Laina plays instrumental/symphony style music of classical and pop songs. I love it so much more and feel it just adds more to the experience. She also provides little additional things that just make it more of a luxury experience, hot towels, bottled water, aromatherapy, etc. feels like I’m at a fancy resort for an hour. Laina is one of the most accommodating and professional massage therapist in the west. She’s very attentive to my needs and health and she will also go out of her way for me to be at my best comfort.
