A few failures from the receptionist . RMT wasn't accepted by my insurance for some reason so I got hit with the full bill. Environment was nice. Massage was okay but the RMT didn't really listen and do what I asked, just stuck with her formula massage I assume.

I went in for a deep tissue massage today, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The therapist didn’t seem to listen to my concerns properly, and the massage felt rushed. Although it was supposed to be a 1-hour session, it started at 9:10 AM and ended at 10:00 AM — only about 50 minutes. Additionally, my right hand was completely missed during the massage, and I had to specifically ask for it to be done. Overall, I expected a more attentive and complete experience, especially for a professional service.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage from Arshpreet Kaur. She is fully dedicated toward her job.I was relaxed and comfortable. She has accurate amount of pressure and focused on all my tension spots.I will definitely be coming back for more massages. Amazing Experience.
