Body Polish

I love Body Polish! We have done our “Besties Spa Trip” here two years in a row and will likely go back next year. (Group’s favorite service: hot stone massage!) Not many other spas offer the variety of services AND provide the reasonable discount when booking 3 or more services. It’s a calm environment and all the ladies are so kind, accommodating, welcoming and easy to chat with. One of our favorite parts of the set up is the little room we have access to between our services to visit, eat the snacks we bring and relax together. (Next year we may order in food, which is allowed too!) I had Tetiana for my manicure. I can be picky over the polish job and I was highly impressed with Tetiana’s skill! Call your gals and book some spa time, you won’t be disappointed :)

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to being at this spa and I wanted to share my experience here. Upon showing up for my appointment - I was made to wait for 20 minutes after my scheduled time. While waiting for my appointment - I utilized the restroom available and saw this mess. This is unsanitary and made me question this establishments standards. I gave them the benefit of the doubt though and assumed that this mess was recent and that staff had not had the chance to address it yet … (pictures of mess included)… but then while waiting I overheard staff members discuss how they had run out of products for a specific face mask and another employee advise “just use the moisturizer. They didn’t place an order”. Not only was I shocked by this response… I was more shocked that the other employee leaving without questioning this… I promptly left after hearing this discussion. I also am questioning if the mess in the pictures are truly a one time thing - or if this is the standard that this establishment is kept to. Hearing that conversation I am thinking that their sanitary practices are kept to as much as their ethical practices… very unfortunate experience and I highly recommend others to think twice before booking an appointment here.

Love coming to body polish and always leave happy. Have been seeing Tetiana for a couple years for spa pedicures and always last a few months till my next visit. Go every couple of months for massages and leave feeling relaxed and less stressed. Highly recommend visiting Body Polish!

Had a relaxing spa day at this location! Can’t believe I didn’t find this earlier. Massage was awesome, RMT was able to hit trigger points! Facial was great, skin felt soft and smooth after. Got free chocolates and drinks after the sessions! Will definitely go back again!

I went for a massage, manicure and pedicure today October 19, 2024 and can’t say enough great things about my experience with everyone. Tetiana is a miracle worker, my nails are in such bad shape and you would never know how awful they looked before, and now, wow❤️❤️ she really took her time and always made sure I was happy with what she was doing. I enjoyed every moment of our time together. The pictures don’t show just how pretty the color is. Thank you, I will be back ☺️
