Kolya Spa

This review is much overdue! I got the 1 hr facial last August with Alicia after a very stressful 48 hours, and I can only say amazing things! It was an extremely relaxing and soothing environment, with the low lighting and care in application of product my favourite part. From what i remember, Alicia was very mindful and knew I didn't want a lot of talking without me even having to ask - one of the harder parts to 'get' as a facial or massage therapist. The products themselves were also fantastic, with my favourite being the strawberry rhubarb mask from Eminence and the Communion Sage and Frankincense moisturizer!

I would like a full refund! I was given a spa gift card for my Birthday last year, it took almost one year to the day to book an appt for a 2 hr facial on a weekend (I work 9-5, didn’t want to miss work). Nobody had mentioned the long wait to my aunt when she purchased this facial/spa gift card. I show up to the spa for my appt today, only to find out it has been closed for close to a month due to a flood. I didn’t get a courtesy phone call or email letting me know about this closure. I am not wanting to wait a few months to a year to get in. I left a message on your voicemail. What a joke!

Great products, amazing staff, they have wonderful makeup and skin care and the staff are knowledgeable. I get gifts here all the time and if im not sure about a product they always offer to let me try samples to compare things and i end up always loving the recommendations but its nice to try different things when investing in nice products. I like the refillable products and the supplements as well but I mostly shop here for skin and beauty product. My favorite beauty store in the world ❤️

I don't always do reviews but my experience with Kolya absolutely deserves one. I had been wanting to order Living Libations Seabuckthorn Oil and found Kolya Naturals. I love their online store, I ended up ordering a Harmonic Arts Elixir as well. I had some issues with Canada Post returning my order in error. They quickly got a replacement order re-shipped. The customer service was efficient and friendly and I just received the beautiful package that came with samples, a lovely little note, and plastic free packaging. If you're looking to support small business, look no further! I will absolutely be repurchasing through their company.

I went here today to pick up jojoba oil and frankensense essential oil... the gentleman there was soo beyond amazing . He came up and asked if I needed any assistance and after I told him what I was doing with it, he fully invested his time in sourcing out what I needed. I even had some questions about some skincare formulas I was curious about creating, and he helped me on the right path. THANK YOU soo much for offering me amazing customer service today.
