Love this place. Tons of services all under one roof.
I had my hair cut by Mikaela. She was super sweet, went the extra mile with doing a thorough shampoo of my scalp and was easy to talk to.
My hair felt refreshed and evenly trimmed.
They also source Canadian made hair products which I appreciated.

I do not go here. Since I have no hair. But my lady does and enjoys her experience very much. Staff is very friendly and professional. Gives quality service and prices are fair for what is offered. Highly recommend spa.
So lovely, super nice, very attentive and went the extra mile -- went for a last minute express pedi and am so glad I did! Happy to have discovered this neighbourhood gem for myself. The massage chair is a great touch too -- the shop is small so I wasn't expecting one but what a nice treat. Great work and such a pleasant experience.
Knox is a fabulous place, please visit this place! I have been going to Knox for 5+ years and would strongly recommend all services offered. Whether it be hair (I go every 14 days), a massage (yes!!!), nails (💅), etc., the staff have always made me feel welcome and leave rejuvenated! 🫶🏻
Just had a first hair cut done for my 3 year old. Alissa was our hairstylist. She is fantastic! I was worried how it is going to go because my daughter doesn't like to brush and got a few tangles. It went so well! No a tear. And Alissa went beyond any expectations - she gave my little one a little present and a certificate 'My first Haircut'. What a nice personal touch! Will definitely come back and recommend this princess salon!
