Betiel is amazing! She’s incredibly attentive and precise, every movement feels intentional and relaxing. The pressure is always just right, firm enough to release tension but never painful. Definitely will come back for her!

What a wonderful spot this is, when I enter some massage places I always leave expecting better service and a better overall experience. That was not the case here, a friendly staff with great customer service, so many flexible programs to choose from and last but not least amazing therapists!

I’ve been going to Massage Heights Brewery for over 5 years, and overall, it’s been a consistently great experience. The front-of-house team has always been pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciate the reminder system — it’s a small thing that makes a big difference. The rooms are clean, calming, and comfortable. I’ve been seeing Joseph for years, and he’s truly one of the best RMTs I’ve ever had — attentive, skilled, and consistent. I also recently saw Adam and would highly recommend him as well. Both provide excellent care and leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ve also found the membership program really valuable. I love having a monthly massage to look forward to, and I’ve never had issues with billing or being pressured into anything. I've also put my membership on hold when needed — they’ve always been accommodating and respectful of my needs. The only ongoing frustration I’ve had has been around the actual hands-on time during a "60-minute massage." I’ve pointed out several times that it’s misleading to advertise 60 minutes when the hands-on time is closer to 50, and I didn’t feel I ever got a clear or satisfactory answer. That said, I’ve noticed they now include more of a disclaimer about how that time includes consultation or wrap-up, which I still don’t fully agree with, but I do appreciate the effort to improve transparency. All that considered, I still highly recommend this location for its quality service, clean space, and skilled RMTs. Joseph and Adam in particular are both excellent practitioners who clearly care about their clients’ well-being.
