They are very accommodating and flexible to schedule appointments. All the staff that I have met have great people skills. I go see Autumn. She is friendly and has great skills at massage therapy. I highly recommend her.

I am thankful and grateful for your offer and to take the responsibility and action, you showed me how to take care and handle your client very seriously. Today, my Massage experienced with you was fantastic and commendable. Therefore, I highly recommend you to everyone seeking a Professional Massage, you have a great knowledge on what you do and have a Passion of Helping Others. 5 STAR is not enough to rate your service and professionalism. Always have a great experience here. Kevin is fantastic and he been working on me for quite some time. He always knows just what I need and I leave feeling much better than when I came in. I highly recommend Refine Wellness.

I just tried to go in for information and wasn’t even greeted and when I enquired for price range I was just directed to a piece of paper on the wall! Will go elsewhere for services! People at the desks are the first point of contact for businesses and should be a welcoming person!

So. I posted a negative review an hour ago and within 5 minutes of me posting it the owner Kevin contacted me to discuss my concerns and he seemed very genuine with his replies and valued my feedback. Normally I'd leave my review up but this blew my mind. Thank you Kevin for making me feel heard and valued as a customer even though I had only been there once. That's what customer service truly is.
