Always have a great experience here. Kevin is fantastic and he been working on me for quite some time. He always knows just what I need and I leave feeling much better than when I came in. I highly recommend Refine Wellness.
I just tried to go in for information and wasn’t even greeted and when I enquired for price range I was just directed to a piece of paper on the wall! Will go elsewhere for services! People at the desks are the first point of contact for businesses and should be a welcoming person!
So. I posted a negative review an hour ago and within 5 minutes of me posting it the owner Kevin contacted me to discuss my concerns and he seemed very genuine with his replies and valued my feedback. Normally I'd leave my review up but this blew my mind. Thank you Kevin for making me feel heard and valued as a customer even though I had only been there once.
