Before the massage, she patiently inquired about my physical condition, focusing on strain in my shoulders, neck, and lower back, and tailored a massage plan accordingly. Her techniques were skillful and varied, employing pushing, grasping, kneading, and pinching techniques perfectly, with incredibly precise control of pressure—neither too light to be ineffective nor too heavy to cause discomfort, accurately locating and deeply relieving muscle tension. sensations, adjusting the pressure and rhythm as needed. After the massage, all my soreness disappeared, leaving me feeling light and relaxed.
