Selena is an outstanding massage therapist! First, she demonstrates genuine interest in understanding reasons for seeking treatment, specific therapeutic goals, and lifestyle. This makes the treatment plan actually feel personalized. Selena’s engagement and attention to detail carry through to each visit. She brings a versatile skill set while staying attuned to progress and checking in just the right amount. She is very good at applying targeted deep pressure. I don’t believe I have experienced Selena at 'full power' yet, and frankly, the thought somewhat frightens me. To top it off, Selena is uniquely personable. She maintains a good balance of conversation that remains anchored in the therapeutic work. I have never had the tension in my body described in such colourful detail. Her stretches and home care recommendations are on point and extend the benefits of each treatment. If you’re looking for a five-star RMT in Signal Hill, go with Selena!

Horrible experience. I called to get in for a deep tissue massage at 12pm and was given a slot for the same day at 6:1pm. I waited ALL day for a much needed DEEP tissue massage. My first red flag was all the personal questions asked in order to get one — fine signed etc. I’m there for a massage service. I asked if I have to talk during my massage (I’m there for a therapy service; a paying customer. I hate it when you want to relax and just get your service and someone is talking your ear off.) A desperately needed massage!!! I get into the room and no robe (or towel) is laid out and all talking and questions. I tell her I’m suffering headaches and she says she cannot do a deep tissue massage. Jaw drop!!! This was the most un therapeutic atmosphere I’ve ever encountered. People go to have a relaxed atmosphere and a massage, paying for it. I have never gotten a “relaxation” massage. I like hard pressure that’s it, you should be paying for what you want. Not getting doctor’s advice from a professional who is not a doctor. Unbelievable. Now I need to wait until tomorrow to call around to get a massage. Just absolutely crazy. Why would I be ok with a gentle rub? I like a hard deep tissue massage, that’s it.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My son and I each had separate memberships here, and at the start, the staff were all smiles while taking our payment. I bought a 1-year package (11 sessions) after being told I could share it with a friend. In practice, this meant that if my friend used a session, the invoice went under their name, they could claim it through their insurance, and the reimbursement went straight to them — something I personally did not realize would happen, and that made the “sharing” benefit useless for me. One time, I congratulated my therapist on a promotion, only to be told at the front desk after my massage that I owed an extra fee. The reason? The therapist had been promoted that day — even though my booking was made well before that. From my experience, the membership policies here are unclear and can easily lead to unexpected costs. When I asked how many sessions I had left, I received no answer before my appointment. After my massage, I was told three of my remaining sessions were “on hold” because my membership term had ended, and that I could only use them if I bought another membership. I never received any reminder about my membership expiring. My advice: if you decide to come here for the massage itself, be very clear on all the fine print first. In my case, the lack of transparency turned what could have been a positive experience into an expensive and frustrating one.

Honestly the worst massage place i've been to. They asked if I wanted to add on hot rocks to my deep tissue massage and I said yes. However, I did not realize that my whole treatment would just be hot rocks and nothing else? Also reception is pretty bad and kept asking me really personal questions, making me really uncomfortable. Just go to Lifemark instead. They are way nicer and give much better services

I had an incredible therapeutic massage with Crystal, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She was professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. Crystal took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas where I was feeling the most tensionand pain. Her technique was both effective and deeply relaxing—I could feel the stress and tightness melting away as she worked which relieved my pain. What really stood out was her intuitive ability to adjust pressure and check in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and rejuvenated. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely knows how to deliver a healing, therapeutic and personalized massage, Crystal is the one to see.
