I’ve been seeing Stephanie for osteopathy the last few weeks and I feel so grateful that I started working with her. Not only am I already feeling better physically, but I leave every appointment feeling heard and supported, and it helps that I usually have fun while I’m there! On top of being a skilled practitioner, Stephanie is an amazing teacher; and for someone who loves to learn, every appointment is great opportunity. I’m keen to see where we go as we continue working together! While I haven’t had the chance to work with anyone else on the team, everyone seems to be knowledgeable and invested in their work, and it sounds like a group of folks who are always looking to level-up their skills. Can’t recommend the team at Sacral Edge enough!

My therapist took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment to my specific needs. I have been having problems with my neck and they were able to help address my issues, while feeling cared for every step of the way. After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and a significant reduction in pain. The treatment was gentle but incredibly effective. Stephanie does an amazing job and when I was done my 90 minutes I really did feel so much better. Stephanie likes to use cupping which I have never really had before but quite enjoyed it. Not sure I’ve had a better scalp massage either. Will definitely go back

I was referred to Stephanie by my trainer. I had pain in my shoulders, hips, and back. Stephanie's work has had a great impact on relieving much of the pain. So happy I found this place! I’ve been treated by both Lia and Melanie and both are fantastic. Lia’s lymphatic messages are phenomenal and Melanie fixed my pinched neck within one treatment and worked with me to get me in on short notice. I would highly recommend either of them to anyone looking for a massage therapist!
