Synergea Family Health Centre Calgary

Shawna is an incredible OT. We had our first intake session today and my son was so relaxed and completely at ease with her and had a fabulous appointment. Her office space is so warm, cheerful and safe. We both had a lot of fun. The intake process was extremely clarifying in a very short amount time and I left feeling we were going to have good success in supporting our son with a few things he is working on regarding sensory sensitivities. I cannot wait to get started.i feel like I am about to learn some really helpful tools to support my family. Shawna is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Synergea Family Health Centre for nearly 3 decades and I'll keep going!! I just saw Dr. Judy Forrester today and my back and neck feel absolutely fluid and free! My overall health has been maintained since I survived Stage 4 Cancer in 2002 by taking a holistic approach to my health and Wellness. Judy Forrester and Synergea were catalysts to my healthy lifestyle and they help me to maintain this feeling of vibrancy!

I’ve had a few sessions with Kristie Norquay at this clinic, and she’s amazing. She really took the time to help me understand my treatment options and make a plan that works. If you’ve been putting off your pelvic floor care like I did, I’d definitely recommend seeing her!

We had our intake with Shawna for support with our autistic child. Shawna is incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. She validated what I (and my child) is experiencing and gave me some easy strategies to put in place immediately. Her space is thoughtfully and beautifully designed - it's a calming and fun space for kids (and me!).

I had my first initial consultation with Melissa today and I was extremely impressed with the complete evaluation and treatments that she gave me to improve muscular issues in my shoulders and back. I left the clinic with a feeling of relief and no pain . I have booked my next appointment for next week and look forward to more improvements in my general health !! Thanks again Melissa …..
