I can’t say enough amazing things about Francis Flores at Tension Turnaround Massage! Her hands are absolutely magical — she doesn’t just give a massage, she truly finds and fixes the root of the problem. I’d been struggling with hip pain for months, and after just a couple of sessions with Francis, the difference was unbelievable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. If you’re looking for real relief and not just relaxation, Francis is the one to see! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this place and my favorite massage therapists are Elenita, Francis and William. (I have not tried the others, I am sure they are great as well.) They are knowledgeable and they provide excellent massage service. Place is clean and the price is decent. Highly recommend!

My massages with William Martin at Tension Turnaround have been fantastical. I was looking to find a new massage therapist and I was on the hunt for a really good deep tissue massage therapist. I tired 3 other massage therapists at different clinics before I found William at Tension Turnaround. None of those therapists could provide the deep tissue I was looking for or they wanted to do their own thing ignoring what my needs were. This man has amazing strength and has wonderful techniques to get into my main problem areas. I have this odd reoccurring neck pinch that comes every 3-6 weeks. I can’t predict it but its so painful and its coming from a muscle in my left shoulder blade that must be pinching a nerve that causing this pain in my left neck. Well he got put to the real test as my first appointment with him I just happened to have booked it the same day I got my neck pinch. He totally found the spots and provided amazing deep tissue to the area and surrounding area. He really help me with my pain when I was at my worst. He listens and cares about what it is your looking for in a massage. He doesn’t just do what he wants to do, he focuses on the areas your concerned about. I have seen him 3 times now and have finally found my massage therapist. 100% recommend him for your next massage!!! Also the clinic is very clean, doesn’t have strong smells (which I’m incredibly sensitive to strong smells from conventional products), has a very nice and cozy atmosphere. :)

Rachel was awesome! I’ve been going to some massage therapist for years, and she’s definitely one of the best. Rachel is knowledgeable and knew exactly how much pressure to use to get to the problem areas. And I felt relaxed after the session and slept like a baby at night. I’ve made appointment already for the next month. Definitely will be regular customer.

Francis is the best massage therapist I had in Calgary. She is super caring and professional.
