She took the time to follow up after every appointment with at-home gua sha tutorials, nutrition advice and recommendations tailored to the season and your needs, which is something I’ve never experienced before and really shows how she goes the extra mile. I had such an amazing experience here. Simon started with a quick consult to understand the shoulder pain I’ve been dealing with, and delivered one of the best deep-tissue massages I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling light, loose, and pain-free. Afterward, Sage treated me with acupuncture, and she was equally incredible. The two treatments together were exactly what I needed. Can’t recommend them enough.

Sage is so good at what she does. She’s very knowledgeable and I really appreciate how she looks at the body as a whole, not just where the pain is. I already feel so much better after two sessions with her. I’ve done massage with her and can’t wait to do acupuncture next!!

This clinic is the perfect hidden gem in Calgary. The space is so calming and you immediately feel relaxed when you walk in. I’ve seen sage over a hand full of times for acupuncture and she really is incredible at what she does. She’s helped me massively with chronic pain, better quality of life, and managing my stress so my body can feel and perform its best! Highly recommend coming here and seeing sage, you won’t regret it.
